Cancellation

• In the unlikely event that you are unable to comply with the rental agreement entered into, you must report this to us as soon as possible, so that we can still offer the date released to third parties.

• If you cancel 14 days before the commencement date, you are entitled to 100% of the total reimbursement.

• In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or up to 13 days before your stay, you owe 100% of the amount.
